Applications submitted after this deadline may not be processed until the semester has started, and course availability/options may be limited during registration.

However, certain special enrollment programs may have additional admissions requirements, which we'll guide you through.

Who must submit proof of immunization?

High School: Students who have graduated from high school within the past ten (10) years are required to submit their official high school transcript.鈥�
College/University: If you have prior credits from another college or university you may be eligible to waive certain prerequisite courses or transfer classes into 4Cs.
Please contact your prior high school and/or college to request your official transcripts to be sent to the 4Cs Admissions Office. Official transcripts must be sent from the high school/college or be provided in the original sealed envelope.
